Open a new image 700 x 425, transparent.
Open the images supplied and minimize ready to use.
Foreground, white Background, #C0C0C0 

1. Background: Styles, Background, Gradient, Summer Field, Angle 0, Repeats 0,
Invert unchecked flood fill screen. Name and save your work. 

2.  Glass:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk.  
b)  Styles, Background, gradient, Foreground/Background #1, Linear, 
Angle 322, Repeats 0, Invert unchecked, flood fill.   Deselect.
c)  On your layer palette, lower the layer opacity to 50.  Save.
3.  Floor:
a)  Add new layer.  Styles, Background, pattern, marble sample, scale 100,
Angle 0, flood fill screen.
b)  Deformation tool, hold down ctrl key, and using the top left node,
slide it right to 150 on your top ruler.  Release ctrl key.  Use top middle
node and slide down to  220 on your left ruler.  Stretch sides to cover floor
area.  Click arrow tool. 
c)  Selections, load from disk, floor, selections, invert, press delete on your
keyboard.  Deselect.   Save. 
4.  Ceiling:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill #E9F0F3.  Deselect.   
5.  Wall Left Rear: 
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill #BDCCD2.  Deselect.  
6.  Wall Center:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill #BDCCD2.  Deselect.
7.  Wall Left Upper:
a)  Change foreground color to #D0DFE5, background color #5B6977.  
Styles paintbrush.
b)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill Foreground.  Deselect. 
8.  Wall Left Lower: 
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill Foreground.  Deselect.  
9.  Wall Right: 
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill foreground.  Deselect. 
10.  Door Left:
a)  Open left door image, Edit, Copy, and close small image.
b)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, Edit, Paste into Selection. Deselect.
11.  Door Right:
a)  Open right door image, Edit, Copy, and close small image
b)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, Edit, Paste into Selection. Deselect. 
12.  Balcony:
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill foreground.
b)  Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, Round, Width 1, Smoothness 10, Depth 1,
Ambience -8, Shininess 0, Color white, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 35.
Deselect.  Save.
Note:  The same inner bevel will be used throughout the tutorial.
13.  Railing Balcony:
a)  Add new layers, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Save.  Move this layer below Balcony layer.
14.  Patio Doors: 
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Save.
c)  Add a new layer and using the draw tool on size 1, place a line down
the middle of the doors to show where they join.  Use paintbrush to add
handles.   Your choice of color.  
15.  Doorway Trim: 
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Save.
16.  Stairs:
a)  Open stairs image, Edit, Copy, close small image.  
b)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, Edit, Paste into Selection. 
Deselect.  Save.
17.  Stair Banisters:
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background. 
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Save. 
18.  Handrails:
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Image, Rotate, left 53.  Mover tool, place as left
handrail.
c)  Edit, Copy, Paste as new layer, Image, Rotate, left 4.  Mover tool, place
as right handrail.
19.  Stairs Siding:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.  Deselect.
20.  Windows:
a)  Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill background.
b)  Inner Bevel.  Deselect.  Save. 
21.  Window Decoration: 
Add new layer.  Choose whatever font or design you prefer.  I used Text 
Wingding #2.  Lower case c and d, size 36 on the left and right sides, size 28
middle lower window, and size 24 on the top window.  You may want to lower 
the layer opacity depending on your choice of fonts or images.  Save.
